At Artoprime, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, website, and app development services. Since our services involve creative effort, time, and professional expertise, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. General Policy

  • All payments made to Artoprime are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed service agreement.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated only under the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  1. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

    • If a client cancels the project before any design or development work has started, a partial refund may be issued (after deducting consultation or administrative fees).

  2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

    • If a client is charged twice or makes an accidental overpayment, the duplicate/extra payment will be refunded in full.

  3. Service Non-Delivery by Artoprime

    • If Artoprime fails to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund may be processed.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • After work has commenced (design drafts, strategy development, coding, or creative work delivered).

  • For completed projects, approved deliverables, or live websites/apps.

  • If delays or issues occur due to client-side factors (e.g., delayed approvals, incomplete information, lack of communication).

  • If the client changes their mind or alters the project scope after commencement.


4. Revisions & Corrections

  • Instead of refunds, clients are entitled to revisions as per the service agreement.

  • Additional revisions or new requirements beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.


5. Refund Request Process

  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing to [Insert Email] within 7 days of payment.

  • The request should include proof of payment, project details, and the reason for the refund.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted from the refund amount.
